Its great to see that retailers are using video email. I wonder what the product was featured as well as the price of the product to see if that may have had an impact to the increase into email sales in addition to the video. I wonder if any testing was done with email with video and without for the same offer. Any thoughts?

Hi Mig,
Surprisingly, it wasn’t even a product featured in the email. The video GIF actually was a shot of an eBags employee handing an award to the person that bought the 10,000,000th bag eBags sold. It seems like simply having the video in the email, even one that wasn’t featuring a product, helped performance of the campaign.
